Na stránkách, které jsem odkazoval pracovně: 12 a 19 je popis materiálů, které byly použity k výrobě:

Furthermore, the moon and crescent are made of electrum, a mixture of silver and gold and therefore lighter in color than pure gold or red carnelian, which were the materials normally used in representations of the sun.
Pokud tomu máme věřit tak kruhový objekt s půlměsícem je chápaný jako Měsíc - je použita směs zlata a stříbra (tedy zlato+bílá), u objektů, které mají představovat Slunce je kombinace zlato+měď(zlato+červená)
A pokud se nemýlím tak epytská mytologie, ce se samého počátků týká, není jednotná. Existuje několik variant verze "stvoření", podle jednotlivých center. Thovt hraje v jedné významnou roli. A zdá se, že varianty spolu nesoupeřily, ale vzájemně si potvrzovaly opravnost existence, mam-li to tak říci.
